The 2023 Curb, which is available in four great colorways, offers the entry-level rider a bike that looks and feels like a pro model without the price tag. Despite its popularity, the Kink Drifter is our only 26" bike. Kink BMX is a BMX brand, through and through, and the Drifter is truly an extension of that. This bike is for the BMX dad whose back has seen better days, but he's still not afraid to jump a curb or two. It's for riding to school or work when the 20" wheels aren't so practical. The Drifter is for having fun on your bike and ripping a timeless skid. The Drifter uses all standard BMX specs and components, which makes things super easy to maintain and gives the bike an extremely natural feel to a BMXer. The Matte Midnight Black and Gloss Wolf Grey colorways are both complemented with a matte black aluminum headtube badge. The bike itself cuts no corners, starting with the full 100% 4130 chromoly frame, fork, and handlebar set. Sealed bearings throughout the bike keep things rolling smooth, and double wall rims front and rear keep your wheels rock solid. In addition to the BMX components being tougher than anything you will find on a traditional 26" bike, they can all be swapped out or upgraded with any other standard BMX products. Thoroughly thought through design decisions also mean the Drifter can even fit pegs and a gyro.

The Gap XL is just that, an extra-large 21" toptube version of the tried-and-true Kink Gap. Featuring modern geometry, the frame, fork and bars also add some 4130 chromoly into the mix and is available in two great colorways, Gloss Desert Sand and Matte Aurora Black. Components found on the Gap XL take things up a notch and are not to be missed. Not only will it look the part, the taller 9.25" Kink T925 bars, Kink Stryker forks, Kink Bold HRD stem, sealed Mission Engage cassette hub, and Kink Ridge 3-piece tubular chromoly cranks help it to feel and perform the part. The addition of a Stealth seat and seat post are not to be overlooked either and add both adjustability and modern compatibility. Modern frame geometry brings a lower bottom bracket and raised standover height to the Gap XL, for a stable ride.

The 2023 Launch continues the legacy of a truly remarkable bike. This bike is still one of the best value priced models in the market, year after year. Available in Matte Midnight Black, Matte Cosmos Magenta, and Gloss Galaxy Silver colorways, the Launch pairs its great color selection with even better components. The Launch is equipped with both a sealed integrated headset and sealed Mid bottom bracket, which drastically improves performance and virtually eliminates maintenance of these components. EASY ACCESS We're super proud of the Citizen's sleek frame design. With an arcing top tube for the "Men's" frames and S-bend top and down tubes for a super-low step-through "Women's" version. In fact, we hesitate to designate either with gender specific labels because the version with the easy-access, low step-over top tube is suitable for anyone with limited hip flexibility who might be challenged to swing a leg over the rear wheel when mounting & dismounting. EASY ON THE NECK & BACK A usual complaint from new or returning riders trying to get into the cycling groove is feeling uncomfortably perched forward with too much weight on their wrists and having to crank their necks backwards just to be able to see in traffic. We specifically designed our Citizens to remedy this. The large diameter 700c wheels push handlebar height up and shorter top tubes pull handlebars closer to the saddle, all to mitigate forward lean. Our 4-inch rise handlebars sweep back at a natural hand-grasp angle with a long-quilled or angle-adjustable stem that allows for a wide range of adjustment to tune handle bar height and reach perfectly for each ride. GEARED TO GO The shifting systems on all our Citizens feature long cage rear derailleurs, full-size 48/38/28T triple-chainring cranksets (single 44t chainring for Citizen base model) and big 11-32T or 14-34T gearing in the back. This gives you the dual advantage of having fairly tall gears for controlled pedaling at speed on descents as well as really low gearing for easier pedaling uphill. It's a rider-friendly combination that's made the Citizens a perennial favorite of recreational cyclists.

ALLOY MAINFRAME We used lightweight and corrosion-resistant 6061 aluminum for the mainframe of our Taxi Trike, while many others use heavier steel frames. By utilizing aluminum tubing, we can shape the tubes to feature a low step-thru for easy access without having a gusset that hinders access. SEMI-INTEGRATED HEADSET The semi-integrated headset bearings sit inside the head tube with no external cups to expose, while the top cone features an additional rubber 5 seal to keep out the elements. CRUISER PLATFORM PEDALS WITH GRIP TAPE AND RUSTLESS BUSHINGS The wide and flat surface of our Cruiser pedals are ideal for riding in flip flops, with grip tape in the center for extra control. The bushings are a big deal for durability. The ball bearings in regular pedals oxidize and degrade FAST in a coastal environment—from salt-water contamination or from rides in inclement weather.
