Answer the alluring call of the open road on Masi's Inizio. With its light, stiff Masi MA5 double-butted aluminum frame, you have the efficiency to rocket off the line and up the hills, while the vibration-damping Elite/RS carbon fork smooths out the ride. You also get lightweight aluminum wheels that get up to speed fast and a climb-conquering, wide-range Shimano Claris 16-speed drivetrain. Masi's own BREV.M forged aluminum cockpit and seat post trims unnecessary weight while the 28mm tires deliver a smooth, precise ride in all pavement conditions. Reliable Tektro brakes keep it all under control, and the quality Masi saddle supports your comfort mile-after-mile.

Being from California, at a younger age, I preferred mountain biking over road. After so many years of mountain biking and numerous injuries, I decided to change my style of riding. I have tested numerous road bikes...I mean NUMEROUS! I have come to this conclusion, The MASI Inizio is the perfect bike for all sorts of riders with their different riding styles. I prefer comfort in riding, and the Inizio delivers everytime I sit on my bike! So far, my bike has been very forgiving to my previous riding style. Yes, my next bike will be another Masi.
